Smile Makeover
Patient has concerns about her misaligned front teeth that affected her smile and overall confidence. Optimum treatment was to do full coverage cosmetic crowns on the upper front teeth since they are more prominent in her smile. The crowns were fabricated in a high end lab, that not only aligned but also matched the color of rest of her teeth. The lower back teeth, which had significant gaps and misalignment were bonded with in office resin veneer.
These are routine cases we do in our clinics. The patients are usually very happy with the outcomes; plus its the most cost effective way to do smile makeover since we do not aggressively redo all teeth. We first access how the optimum smile will be and what is needed to attain that outcome. Then develop the treatment plan.

Full Coverage Crown
Patient has significant gaps in the front teeth. Patient was conscious of his smile and also had issues with normal mastication ( chewing function). The ideal treatment to fill the gaps were to do full coverage cosmetic crown. Bonding would not have achieved this result and would not have lasted long since the chewing forces usually would crack them. Doing porcelain veneer was another option but the wax model we developed didnt meet the expected outcome. Therefore we fabricated full coverage crowns.
